Exchange Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. That’s why we offer an exchange option under the following conditions:

• Exchanges must be requested within 3 working days from the date of delivery.

• The product must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • Free from sweat, stains, and body odour

  • In its original condition with hang tags attached

• Customers are required to bear the delivery charges for both sides (to and from), as per the actual delivery costs.

• Once we receive the product, it will go through a quality check. After approval, we will dispatch the replacement item.

Return Policy

• Return Window – You may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery.

• Condition of Product – The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition with tags intact.

• Returns will not be accepted if the product is found to be worn, has stains, or carries any sweaty/strong odor.

• Return Charges – Return pickup charges will be borne by the customer. The applicable amount will be deducted from the refund.

• Refund Process – Once we receive and inspect the returned product, the refund will be processed within 24 hours to your original payment method.

• Right to Cancel Return – We reserve the right to reject/cancel the return if the product does not meet the above conditions.
